This form is for our parents to request a change of hours or to inform us of a reduction in sessions. We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours. If you haven’t heard from us or have an urgent enquiry please feel free to call us on 01934 621576.

Please note:
– We need to confirm any request before it comes into effect.
– Any changes to your child’s hours can take effect at the beginning of a new month.
– We need at least one month’s notice of any change.
